You never have to go through ending a pregnancy alone.

As a full-spectrum doula, I’m here to support you and to provide information on methods that best fit your circumstances and personal preferences, whether you’re experiencing loss or not yet ready to become a parent.

In-clinic services

I can accompany you to clinics in the Triangle area in North Carolina. There are several providers that offer an array of options – we can discuss the setting that’s the best fit for you.

Outside of your appointment, I can also offer you transportation to and from your appointment, as well as potential lodging if you’re coming from a long distance.

Medication abortion home assistance

If you’re choosing to take medication at home, I can be there for you to provide physical and emotional comfort – from someone to talk to, a hand to hold, or someone to fetch snacks. Let’s have a conversation about how I could best support you.

Self-managed

If someone isn’t able or doesn’t want to access a clinic or medication, it is possible for them to end a pregnancy themselves. The Repro Legal Helpline offers legal information and Frequently Asked Questions, as well as a secure phone line and website.

If you would prefer to get information in person about bringing your period back, please contact me.

All my doula services and provided information for termination and loss are free. Funding is available if you’re looking for financial assistance.
